I've been a transformational coach, and wellness consultant for over 30+ years.
After my former years as an All- American Gymnast, I became an Ironman Triathlete, trained heavily in Muay Thai, and studied yoga & meditation while living in Thailand.
My passion for primal/functional training, and combining multiple disciplines into one program, led me to create The Circuit of Change Method.
